Taumako people know that If you want to build a voyaging canoe, the first thing you do is plant a garden to feed your workers. Please help feed the unpaid workers keeping this ancient legacy alive.

3 main goals during 2020 - 2022 are:

Build a Canoe House for Lata Voyaging School, with a permanent roof for 2 canoes, satellite communications, a cultural archive, video lab, and accommodations for students.

Complete building the all-seasons proa support/service vessel

Complete repair or building of a new voyaging canoe and make voyages
